The Confined Space Simulator was designed to offer realistic hands-on training at your location for Entry Supervisors, Attendants, Entrants and Rescuers. It offers challenges just like real Permit Required Confined Spaces such as bad air quality, physical hazards and no visibility. The Simulator will reduce your company’s liability, save money on travel and lodging by scheduling your mandatory OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 Permit-Required Confined Space Training at your location.
With the Simulator, students will work as a team, wear the proper PPE and set up safe horizontal and vertical worksites. Students will use permits, air monitoring equipment and retrieval equipment. The smoke machine allows students to see how contaminants collect in confined spaces and the effects of poor ventilation.
The 13′ H x 27’ L Mobile Simulator contains 2 vertical and 2 horizontal confined spaces that can be set up by using a Tripod, Davit arm and/or horizontal lifeline. The Simulator offers many different options for rescue scenarios.
